We're based in Los Angeles County and cover a radius of 120 miles from Santa Barbara to San Diego California. Our Rental Tents & Canopies range in sizes from 10' x 10' up to 50' in width & 200 ft. in length. Our Rental Tents can also be used as Temporary Shelters; Temporary Offices or for Storage Space during your construction.

What are your standard delivery hours for a Tent Rental?
Normal delivery hours for Tent Rentals are Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional Charges apply for early or after hour Installations. Please inquire for additional charges.
What are your hours of operation?
Promotional Design Group is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Once we rent a tent does your company do the installation?
We take care of the installation and take down for all Tent Rentals.
Do you charge for delivery?
There are additional charges for distance of travel, depending on location.
A round trip charge is based on the city we deliver.
There will be additional charges depending on difficulty of installation.
Example traversing rough terrain, going up or down stairs or walking great distances from the parking facility.
We must be informed of any of these conditions when placing the order.

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders canceled within 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Orders canceled on day or time of delivery are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Can someone visit my site for inspection?
We can send one of our Tent Rental Consultants to measure & layout your event site.
