Aluminum connectors eliminate the problem of breakage which was very common with plastic connectors that have a tendency to break when dropped or misused. The addition of the Aluminum Connectors has made it possible for PDG to offer an 8 year warranty which is the best for any pop up tent and canopy frame worldwide.

Thicker Legs and Truss Bars- All our Rhino Heavy Duty Pop Up Tent and Canopy frames offer a 40mm (1.6 inches) square leg and a 35mm (1.25”) wide truss bar. Standard size Pop Up Tent and Canopy frames offer a 30mm (1”) square leg and a 25mm (.075”) wide truss bar. Because of the increase in thickness for both the legs and Truss Bars, our Rhino Heavy Duty Pop Up Tents and Canopies are extremely stronger and can support almost 300lbs of weight from the center of the pop up tent frame (See Image).
